FRESH & SEASONAL We source only fresh, local, seasonal and where possible organic produce. Our weekly casual Pop up nights feature our signature dishes and different specials each week. FIRST CHOICE For these events we use durum wheat dried pasta. Whilst for our luxury catering services and multi sensory nights we make fresh from scratch egg pasta and semolina pasta, fresh bread, pizzas and focaccias, We use only extra virgin olive oil for cooking and dressing and for frying peanut oil. MADE BY HAND with only our hands as we do not use any machine, sourcing organic sustainable flours. HEALTHY & NATURAL We do not use any sweetener or added sugar in our kitchen unless it is present naturally in some of the produce we use. We activate everything so our dishes are more gentle to your health. CARE & INCLUSION The meat we source is all gluten free. The food is prepared in a kitchen where gluten, dairy, nuts or other food allergens are used, if you have any particular allergy or dietary requirement please let us know.
