I am Alessandra, hailing from the vibrant streets of Napoli, lived and travelled across all the world & now embracing the coastal beauty of Newcastle with my little family: Christian and Marley.

Over the past 30 years, my culinary endeavours have spanned the globe, gracing tables with flavours that tell stories of shared moments.

After Byron Bay and Port Macquarie,
I am now introducing our little Osteria Papazzo
to the beautiful Newcastle, our new home.
