CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

 

Dear Osteria Papazzo guest,

 

as of Sunday 29th October our cancellation & no show policy will be active.

As you know we are a small sustainable family business and we only prepare, cook & organise our team following our existing reservations, to make sure as much as possible, that no food waste is involved in our delicious food journey. Thank you for understanding and for your ongoing support and please see below our policy.

 

Credit card details are required to secure all bookings.

A minimum of 72hrs notice is required for any cancellations.

Cancellations made within 72hrs of  your existing booking will be charged the price of $15 per person.

Cancellations made within the 48hrs of your existing reservation or no shows will be charged $30 per person.

Please contact Osteria Papazzo via phone to provide your card details or if you wish to cancel a reservation you can do via the same link you used to reserve your table.
