CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

 

Dear Osteria Papazzo guest,

 

as of Sunday 29th October our cancellation & no show policy will be active.

As you know we are a small sustainable family business and we only prepare, cook & organise our team following our existing reservations, to make sure as much as possible, that no food waste is involved in our delicious food journey. 

 

We will be confirming all the bookings every Wednesday night (via phone) for TALULAH Nights

as we have a minimum of bookings we will need to reach every week in order to Pop up,

once confirmed to you, we will then request your credit card details.

 

Credit card details are required to secure all bookings.

A minimum of 48hrs notice is required for any cancellations.

Cancellations made within the 48hrs of your existing reservation or no shows will be charged $30 per person.
